Wake Up Earthquake has been developed to serve as an earthquake alarm system. It is capable of detecting even minor earthquakes through official feeds such as USGS and EMSC. This app will alert you in case of an earthquake, providing you with a sense of security and the ability to safeguard yourself and your loved ones.

You can now activate the alarm simply by placing your phone horizontally on a table!

There are three alarm options available:

• Audio: Offers three different types of audio alarms.
• Visual: Displays a text message on the screen.
• Flash LED: Utilizes the device's LED flash for visual alerts through blinking. The flash can be kept on after an alarm.
• E-mail: Allows you to send an email when an alarm is triggered.

The application now continues to detect earthquakes even when in standby mode. During this state, you can lock the device and receive notifications through audible alarms or notifications. You can also use the power-saving mode to reduce battery consumption. Additionally, you have the option to enable or disable the alarm at specific times of the day.

EARTHQUAKES IN THE WORLD:

This section provides an overview of seismic activity worldwide. It is linked to the USGS and EMSC databases to ensure real-time data retrieval. You can view earthquake events adjusted to your timezone, the event's timezone, and UTC timezone. This feature also displays the distance of the earthquake from your location. Events can be sorted by magnitude, date, distance, or depth, with filtering options available to show only significant earthquakes.
